Why Indian?
The starting point of Dubb Restaurants is undoubtedly the Spice Road. Therefore, it is inevitable to start from Indian cuisine. At this point, it was necessary to set out with the same logic here in India.
Creating the Team
Experienced chefs came from the serious hotels and restaurants of India. Indeed, since the first day, Dubb's chief cook is Vinod Kumar Chauhan.
Where are the Spices?
Transfer the spices to non-understanding in Turkey, we need to spice vaccination. Thus, Garam Masala spice became widespread in the spice shops in the Spice Bazaar. So much so that even at a few points Dubb's / Vinod's Garam Masala was called. We have constantly improved our understanding in response to the demands of both domestic and foreign guests in our country. Dubb Indian has come to this day with this understanding.
1998
DUBB INDIAN RESTAURANT
Dubb Restaurants were founded in March 1998 by Mehmet Aras for add value to the food and beverage sector, create a corporate structure in the sector and bring a new vision to the sector.
2005
CATERING SERVICES
Indian cuisine catering service was started for all scales in response to the demands arising from the development of tourism in our country and the rising Indian market.
2009
DUBB ETHNIC RESTAURANT
Dubb’s second branch (Dubb Ethnic Restaurant) is not only Indian cuisine. We also added Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai cuisine and presented it in a different perspective. Dubb Indian is very colorful and intense, on the other hand, Dubb Ethnic’s style is basic and elegant. You can see the food and beverage habit from various cultures in a very harmanious way in the second branch, which is opened in the historic white wooden mansion.
2014
DUBB KEBAB RESTAURANT
We established Dubb Kebab Restaurant to present Kebab types from the Turkish cuisine to the foreign guests correctly after we present the demand for Asian cuisine from Dubb’s perspective. We have proved that the concept of kebab is not only meat but it can also be a vegetarian kebab. Dubb Kebab was preferred not only by foreigners but also local guests, as in the other branches.
2016
DUBB INDIAN BOSPHORUS RESTAURANT
The Dubb Indian Bosphorus Restaurant, opened on the top floor of the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel, is the fourth branch of Dubb. As in the first branch, Dubb Indian Bosphorus has a colorful decoration, and also modern architecture at the same time. Dubb Indian Bosphorus provides services in the area that sees the bosphorus from the most beautiful point in winter months. And in summer months, Dubb Indian presents delicious foods in the garden area which is interwined with natüre. Dubb Indian Bosphorus is shown among the ethnic and fine-dining restaurants in the country.

Dubb Ethnic, which has been completely renovated with its brand new concept and menu, now offers its guests distinguished flavors from Turkish and Ottoman cuisine with a modern understanding.
